Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer care
• Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to enhance the shopping experience
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
• Providing fast and friendly service to customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve sales, customer service, and product knowledge
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance, adhering to company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive and flexible attitude
• Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash, operate a point-of-sale system, and process transactions accurately
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical requirements as outlined below

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on sales, marketing, or a related field
• Experience working in a retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be required to:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional climbing of a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
