Schedule and Compensation Details

We understand that work-life balance is essential for our employees' well-being and productivity. That's why we're offering a hybrid work solution that combines the best of both worlds:

Office Rotation:

Every Tuesday and Thursday, and every other Friday, you'll work from our central office in Irvine, California.

Work from Home Rotation:

Every Monday and Wednesday, and every other Friday, you'll work from the comfort of your own home.

Competitive Pay Rate:

$26 per hour, ensuring you're fairly compensated for your skills and experience.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Processing Product Complaints:

You'll be the first point of contact for customers who have complaints or concerns about our products or services.

Investigating Complaints:

You'll investigate complaints in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience.

Updating Databases:

You'll accurately update databases with pertinent details and product information, ensuring that our systems are up-to-date and accurate.

Escalating Issues:

You'll escalate issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.

Maintaining Confidentiality:

You'll ensure the confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

High School Diploma or Equivalent:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.

Customer Service Experience:

At least 6 months of customer service experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills:

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills are essential for this role, as you'll need to navigate complex customer complaints and update databases accurately.

Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment:

You'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer complaints and issues simultaneously.

Hybrid Work Schedule:

You'll need to be able to work a hybrid work schedule, comprising weekly office and remote requirements.
