What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. Whether it's answering their questions, providing product consultations, or resolving their issues with a smile, you'll be the difference between an average customer experience and an exceptional one.

A Typical Day in the Life

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

What You Bring to the Role

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Residency in North Carolina or surrounding areas
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
  • Proficiency in computer software and high-speed internet (> 40mbps)
