Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with our community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide exceptional support and guidance
  • Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the user experience
  • Providing product training and demos to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our Vetcove platform
  • Analyzing customer feedback and using insights to inform product development and support strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve our services

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience in a role that involves providing support and guidance to customers

  • 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience in chat support is preferred, but not required
  • Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong desire to learn and help customers succeed, with a growth mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a tech or start-up environment, with a passion for innovation and disruption

  • Knowledge of intercom and/or experience with other chat platforms
  • Familiarity with veterinary industry trends and best practices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
