Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for conducting thorough studies, resolving discrepancies, and correcting records to ensure that our eligibility records align with our enrollment package records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes, resolving issues from various regions within the company, identifying and resolving errors from multiple reports, reconciling eligibility across systems, and collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve green resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough studies to identify discrepancies and errors in eligibility records

• Resolve issues and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
• Correct records to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Work with shared mailboxes and resolve issues from various regions within the company
• Identify and resolve errors from multiple reports
• Reconcile eligibility across systems
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve green resolutions
• Monitor and track records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

* Experience in record studies and analysis

• Healthcare industry experience
• Working expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
• Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
• 1-2 years of related experience

Education:

* High School Diploma
