Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for engaging with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive and efficient experience. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to gain experience in the construction industry and develop your skills in customer service, problem-solving, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging with clients through live chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
