About the Role

The Customer Experience Concierge Professional at arenaflex's premium lounge in DFW Airport is the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers. This role requires a unique blend of concierge and lifestyle services, ensuring a superior customer experience from the moment our customers arrive. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to create innovative solutions to customer issues, maintain a high level of professionalism, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and provide access to customers upon arrival at reception, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring seamless and personalized service.
  • Create innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, winning their brand loyalty and exceeding their expectations.
  • Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, delivering proactive solutions and exceptional communication.
  • Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance to enhance the customer experience.
  • Accommodate the needs of customers by partnering with food and beverage lounge partners, ensuring a holistic and exceptional experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of recent experience servicing premium customers, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is required, including reservation experience, to ensure a deep understanding of the customer's needs and expectations.
  • A passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, exceeding their expectations and creating memorable experiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills, delighting the customer with every interaction and maintaining a positive attitude in all interactions.
  • The ability to listen to the customer's needs and offer confident recommendations, providing personalized and innovative solutions.
  • The ability to collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced team environment, making quick and effective decisions in unanticipated situations.
  • Resourcefulness and the capability to use the Internet effectively in a customer environment, utilizing and switching from multiple technology platforms with ease.
  • The ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and be resilient, maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional service in all situations.
  • The ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure seamless coverage and exceptional service.
