Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of customer service experience is preferred, but not required
  • Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection, with a desktop PC preferred (Windows 8.1 or higher, OSX 10.13+ or later)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace in your home
  • Telephone (landline or cell) is required
  • Strong computer and internet skills, with the ability to operate multiple applications simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
