Experienced Technical Lead Manager – Digital Protection, Threat Intelligence, and Incident Response

About the Role

As a Technical Lead Manager, you'll be responsible for the conveyance of significant knowledge to every client's security or functional conditions, driving navigation and particular activity. You'll also serve as a course to broad organization of digital protection, threat intelligence, and incident response experts. This is a client-facing position that requires strong communication and leadership skills. Remote work is approved, and the position is based in Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of digital protection, threat intelligence, and incident response experts in a client-facing environment

• Develop and implement strategies to drive navigation and particular activity for clients
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security and functional conditions
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients on digital protection, threat intelligence, and incident response
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in digital protection, threat intelligence, and incident response

Essential Qualifications

* Experience in threat intelligence in a client-facing environment

• Experience in CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Detect, Secure, Respond, or Recover
• Experience in team management, leading, and presenting to various audiences, including executives
• US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI in a functional environment, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capabilities

• Understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and train new CTI colleagues
• Ability to communicate raw insights from sensors, incident response commitments, and other sources into reports and briefings
• Ability to present written or verbal information to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, build strategies, and influence stakeholders
