Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service and Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with customers via inbound calls to gather information and provide assistance with auto insurance quotes
• Transferring customers to our sales vendors, ensuring a seamless experience and accurate information transfer
• Developing a strong understanding of basic auto insurance points to effectively address customer questions and concerns
• Utilizing rebuttals to overcome objections and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Gathering and documenting client information with accuracy, ensuring our vendors have the best information to provide quotes and services
• Answering customer questions accurately and providing solutions to their needs
• Upselling products and services as required to meet sales targets

Job Expectations

To succeed in this role, you'll need to:

• Have a high-speed internet connection and be hardwired to a router for reliable connectivity
• Be available to start immediately and commit to a full-time schedule (Monday through Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm EST)
• Provide an exceptional customer experience in all interactions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
• Uphold all arenaflex policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and behavior requirements
• Pass a background check as part of the hiring process
