About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, providing thoughtful and timely solutions to their concerns
  • Assist customers with bookings, including scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling appointments
  • Support service providers with questions or issues related to work orders and policy inquiries
  • Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support to customers and service providers as needed
  • Collaborate with a fully remote team, utilizing technology to facilitate communication, training, and meetings
