What You'll Do:

* Connect directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests

  • Examine and resolve issues to determine suitable solutions for the client and center partners, and follow up as necessary to resolve issues
  • Complete accurate data entry of solutions into arenaflex healthcare software
  • Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
  • Work with empathy, attention, patience, compassion, and kindness to clients and partners alike
  • Be open to learning and growth, as we share feedback, receive input, and work in a culture of being open to develop
  • Communicate with veterinary facilities via telephone (occasionally other stations as needed) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts, requiring thoroughness
  • Expect a significant portion of the average business day to be outbound veterinary facility/client telephone contacts

What You'll Need:

* Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening)

  • Ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
  • Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and stand out enough to be noticed to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to maintain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable
  • Decisive reasoning abilities
  • Proven ability to perform multiple tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to change as per the business needs of the organization
  • Flexibility to move schedule and stay at work longer than required depending on the situation by the specialty unit
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Willingness to appear for work on time and be committed to being your best
