Job Summary As a Solar Closer/Customer Liaison at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission. You'll receive qualified leads of engaged potential customers who have already been provided with a solar proposal, including detailed specifications and pricing. Proposals are priced 10%-20% below the market average, include top-tier materials and tailored financing options, and are performed by top-rated local installers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist these customers with any questions they may have and to help them close the deal efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Engage with assigned leads within one business day to maintain a high level of customer service. * Address customer questions and concerns, providing expert guidance on solar solutions. * Facilitate the closing process, ensuring customers understand the value of our offerings and the tailored financing options available. * Maintain a strong closing ratio to remain in the program, with a rating mechanism in place to allocate more leads to top performers. * Adhere to high standards of communication and customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of arenaflex. Required Qualifications * Minimum of 2 years of solar sales experience. * Proven track record in closing deals and achieving sales targets. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based role.
