Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Handling outbound patient calls in a polite and professional manner, adhering to department guidelines and ensuring that all interactions are conducted with empathy and understanding.
  • Researching and evaluating each return independently to determine the return type and resolution course, utilizing your analytical skills to make informed decisions.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and system records of all returns, providing efficient service and ensuring that all information is up-to-date and readily available.
  • Opening and sorting incoming mail and packing orders as required, demonstrating your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Processing Hazmat materials while protecting individual health information and following safety guidelines, showcasing your commitment to safety and confidentiality.
  • Processing credits within limits of authorization and forwarding credits for further processing, utilizing your knowledge of financial procedures and protocols.
  • Maintaining the Clerk Room and performing necessary functions within it, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development.
  • Pharmacy Technician License highly preferred, showcasing your expertise in the field of pharmacy and healthcare.
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience, providing you with a solid foundation in customer service, medication returns, or a related field.
  • Health insurance experience with medical insurance knowledge and terminology is preferred, demonstrating your understanding of the healthcare industry and its complexities.
  • Intermediate data entry skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office required, showcasing your proficiency in technology and software applications.
  • 10 key experience required, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical skills, allowing you to evaluate complex information and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact well at all levels, demonstrating your ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Well organized with the ability to multitask, showcasing your ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs, demonstrating your physical ability to perform the required tasks and responsibilities.
