Key Responsibilities

• Arrive promptly at designated box office locations to assist with preparation for ticket sales, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for customers.
• Facilitate event walk-up sales and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Assist customers in selecting the best seats within their preferred price range, ensuring that they have an outstanding experience at the event.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
