Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Building and deploying machine learning models using technical expertise in data science, statistical modeling, and data engineering.
- Developing and implementing predictive analytics and data visualization solutions to drive business insights and decision-making.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support.
- Communicating complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including business clients and management teams.
- Designing and implementing A/B experiments to measure the impact of data-driven decisions.
- Utilizing cloud computing platforms, such as Azure and Databricks, to develop and deploy scalable data solutions.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and machine learning, and adapting our solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, PySpark, and SQL.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as Azure and Databricks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Matplotlib and Seaborn.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as GitHub.
Preferred Qualifications
* Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience working with IoT and Edge AI technologies.
- Experience in Reinforcement Learning and Healthcare applications.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in direct management, indirect management, and team leadership.
