Job Overview
As a Part-Time Customer Care/Sales Agent, you'll play a vital role in helping customers discover the products they need to alleviate their allergy, asthma, and mold-related issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting face-to-face product presentations for new and existing customers
- Responding to customer service inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients
