Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Entry Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for inputting a high volume of data from multiple sources into our databases, ensuring that all necessary data is being entered and maintained accurately. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As an Entry Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering data into various systems and databases, ensuring that all necessary data is being entered and maintained accurately.
  • Verifying data by comparing it to source documents, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Updating existing data and eliminating duplicate information to ensure data integrity.
  • Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested, providing timely and accurate responses to team members and stakeholders.
  • Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation and prevent data loss.
  • Handling confidential information responsibly, maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets, including MS Office Word and Excel.
  • Basic understanding of databases and experience with data entry software, such as Access or SQL.
  • Good command of English, both oral and written, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
