Job Responsibilities:

As a Digital Marketing & Administrative Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in shaping our online presence and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with our customers, enhancing their online experience and driving engagement.
  • Planning and monitoring our ongoing company presence on social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
  • Launching optimized online advertisements through Google Adwords, Facebook, and other platforms to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Collaborating with our design team to improve user experience and develop creative content marketing strategies.
  • Preparing and distributing online newsletters and promotional emails to our subscribers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Analyzing performance metrics using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and WebTrends, to inform data-driven decisions and optimize our digital marketing efforts.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest online marketing trends and best practices, ensuring our strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Maintaining partnerships with media agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of our digital marketing campaigns.

Job Skills:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM principles.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools, such as DART and Atlas, and web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and WebTrends.
  • Strong creative content writing skills, with the ability to develop engaging and effective content for our online channels.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with our design and marketing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field, with a strong academic record and relevant work experience.
