Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Home Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming customers to arenaflex and assisting them with placing orders in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering customer inquiries and providing information about products and services, showcasing your expertise and enthusiasm for our brand
  • Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support, going above and beyond to meet their needs
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions, upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly, adapting to our technology and processes with ease
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace in your home that meets our requirements, including a personal computer, a webcam, and a headset with a microphone for video calls
  • Tech-savvy with a computer, internet, and webcam that meet company requirements, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Availability to work at least 24 hours per week, including busy days like Mondays and Tuesdays, when our customers need us most
