Technical Solutions Analyst (Loan Servicing)

The Technical Solution Analyst works closely with the innovation team, business users, and fellow technical team members to implement, configure and maintain complex third-party software solutions that meet the business needs.   • Responsible for developing solution requirements, planning and executing implementation, and advocating concepts with internal business groups
  • Build relationships with business function partners, understand their objectives, and establish trust and dialogue on how to support those needs
  • Enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot existing applications with limited assistance
  • Provide trusted thought leadership, drive collaboration and deliver enterprise-oriented products
  • Assist business stakeholders in prioritizing project work, articulate clear prioritization and business justification to technology teams and convey IT constraints and dependencies to business users
  • Effectively communicate across business and technology teams to define project goals and objectives, solutions, and constraints
  • Be an evangelist for our team’s mission and priorities. Help others in our organization understand the team’s vision
  • Develop and manage strong partnerships with software providers, including vendor selection, contract/SLA management, operational support and influence future roadmaps
  • All other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of professional experience in application implementation and support
  • Professional experience working with business leadership to support their objectives
  • Professional experience managing project timelines, resources, deliverables and constraints

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proven track records of delivering solutions to meet business needs with third-party software
  • Proven ability to write effective data and process documentation (including business and system requirements, business process diagrams and data flow diagrams).
  • Detail oriented with the ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership of a project and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to motivate and influence teams without direct authority
  • Appetite for learning new systems and technology for future incorporation or integration to the loan production solution set
  • Practical knowledge in roadmap development, requirements definition and feature prioritization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
