We are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Principal Program Manager - Enablement & Operations Engineering Planning to join the team at Microsoft. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business acumen, technical savvy, and project management expertise. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, with at least 10 years of experience in program/project management in the software industry. They should possess the ability to rapidly comprehend complex technical and business problems, identify root causes, and develop appropriate solutions. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in driving cross-functional initiatives, leading virtual and distributed teams, and developing strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.If you have a passion for excellence and a drive to help create innovative solutions that will impact millions of people, then we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to ensure successful outcomes for the Enablement & Operations Engineering Planning initiatives. Manage and track progress of cross-functional initiatives and projects. Lead virtual and distributed teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Liaise with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to develop strong relationships. Utilize technical and business acumen to rapidly comprehend and identify root causes of complex problems, and develop appropriate solutions. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of high quality products and services. Provide guidance and expertise to team members to ensure successful project completion. Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to identify areas of improvement. Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations. Manage budgeting and financial forecasting for assigned projects.
