R-00176180 Description The Leidos Partnership for Defense Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle / Business Operations Functional Lead to work remotely in support of its single-award DHMSM IDIQ contract, known as MHS GENESIS.  This highly visible program modernizes Electronic Health Record (EHR) capabilities for the Department of War (DoW), supporting nearly 10 million service members and their families worldwide. While healthcare systems everywhere are challenged to improve quality, user experience, and cost, MHS GENESIS operates at DoW global scale and within a highly secure environment, all while supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA)’s vision of a medically ready force—critical to our national defense. Position Overview The Functional Lead provides senior functional leadership for MHS GENESIS deployment, optimization, and sustainment activities under the DHA and DHMSM program. This role is accountable for integrated functional oversight across Clinical and Business Operations domains, ensuring alignment of workflows, readiness activities, and operational outcomes in accordance with DHMSM governance and deployment wave objectives. The Functional Lead serves as the single point of functional accountability, coordinating product lines to support operational readiness, fielding decisions, and sustained MHS GENESIS performance. This role also supports the implementation and sustainment of new capabilities across a growing portfolio of health solutions.
