Key Responsibilities

Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.

Maintain classroom discipline in a virtual environment and promote a supportive and motivating learning atmosphere.

Use technology platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and digital whiteboards for effective instruction.

- Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree or higher in Education, English, Mathematics, Science, or a relevant field.

Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online teaching tools.

Ability to manage time effectively and deliver structured content remotely.

- Experience

0 to 3 years of tutoring or teaching experience (freshers with strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm are welcome).

Previous online tutoring experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Working Hours

Flexible working hours with a preference for availability during afternoons and evenings (IST) and weekends.

Minimum commitment of 3–4 hours per day, depending on your schedule and student demand.
