Retail Recruiter

Pyramid Consulting Group partners with the world’s most prestigious fashion and beauty retailers on temp, temp to perm, and permanent positions. Due to continued growth and exciting new partnerships, we’re looking for a Retail Recruiter to support a wide range of retail, luxury retail, and events positions across North America. If you have experience in full cycle recruitment within the fashion industry, or experience in a leadership role within the retail/fashion industry, we’d love to chat with you! This is a remote position, but preferably based in NYC, and will have required days in office as needed. Job Duties Include:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process by identifying, qualifying and placing talent for temporary and permanent retail roles based on skills, attributes, experience, and budgets.
• Schedule and conduct applicant interviews, reviewing portfolios and skill assessments
• Develop and maintain a qualified and diverse candidate pool within the Retail and Fashion industries.
• Candidate ideally has strong network of top talent for future opportunities nationwide.
• Recruit professionals for positions within the fashion industry by direct sourcing calls, networking and Internet research.

Job Qualifications Include:

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment either internal or agency for retail industry, preferably luxury.
• Highly effective communicator with the ability to achieve established goals
• Outstanding follow-up skills with attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Team player with the ability to work in a high-energy environment
• This role is remote but must be commutable to NYC for client/onsite events.
