The Opportunity

As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a short-term contract/temporary basis, with the possibility of extending your contract or transitioning to a permanent role. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing finalized work for errors or duplicate entries before submitting the final product
• Classifying information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
• Inspecting reports and sheets of data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Verifying, correcting, and deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from multiple sources
• Searching for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete
• Searching the internet for information to support data entry tasks
• Maintaining detailed records of tasks, files, and progress

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent typing accuracy (at least 60 wpm)
• Comprehensive knowledge of data entry principles and best practices
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills, including:

+ Word processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs) + Spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) + Presentation software (Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides) + Databases (Microsoft Access, Google Sheets) + Customer database systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience working with customer relationship management systems (CRM)
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
