Job Summary:

As an Experienced Short-Term Rental Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to guest inquiries and questions in a timely and accurate manner, utilizing Airbnb, VRBO, and OwnerRez platforms. You'll also be responsible for documenting guest data, screening and scheduling phone calls, and ensuring guest vetting. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to guest inquiries and questions within 15 minutes with 95% accuracy and within an hour with 100% accuracy, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, utilizing Airbnb, VRBO, and OwnerRez platforms.

  • Document each inquiry and response in an Excel spreadsheet, tracking guest data and conversion rates across all platforms.
  • Screen and schedule guest and prospective guest phone calls for Gerry and Nicole, utilizing text, email, and messaging to address requests.
  • Conduct guest vetting, ensuring that guests meet arenaflex's standards and requirements, including review scores, event history, and age verification.
  • Collaborate with Gerry and Nicole to create cleaning and maintenance protocols, ensuring that all team members are aware of cleaning status and can deploy maintenance staff as needed.
  • Update calendars and perform recurring tasks to improve search rankings and drive business growth.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a short-term rental or hospitality industry.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Airbnb, VRBO, and OwnerRez platforms, as well as Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with offshore teams or in a remote work environment.

  • Knowledge of short-term rental industry trends and best practices.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Certification in customer service or hospitality management.
