As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with our customers across various platforms (email, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and providing best-in-class customer experiences
  • Managing customer queries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Collaborating with our warehouses on a daily basis to resolve logistic-related queries
  • Becoming an expert on arenaflex products and helping to convert leads into customers
  • Supporting the Customer Service Lead in providing insights and sharing customer feedback with the wider arenaflex team

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Lead to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Required Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service in the cosmetic industry
  • E-commerce / online business experience is a must
  • Experience in Shopify and CRM tools like Zendesk, Gorgias
  • A quick learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented & organized with impeccable written & verbal communication skills (English)
  • A strong problem solver and critical thinker who can work independently and handle several tasks at the same time
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the beauty industry, particularly in the lash and brow category

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a remote team environment
