Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member, you'll be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements.
  • Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Collaborating with our agents to identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working closely with our agents to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
