Key Responsibilities

• Process employee payroll accurately and on time, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including wages, benefits, deductions, and tax information.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and other related documentation.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Respond promptly to payroll inquiries from employees and management.
• Stay updated with the latest payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in audits and provide necessary payroll documentation when required. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, Payroll Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of payroll systems, processes, and legal compliance.
• Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP, QuickBooks, Paychex, or equivalent).
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in payroll management or a related finance/HR role.
• Experience with remote payroll processing or online payroll systems is highly preferred. Working Hours
• Flexible remote schedule, typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local time).
• Occasional extended hours during payroll cycles or audit periods may be required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable with digital communication tools and remote collaboration platforms.
