Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. As a 2nd Shift Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for processing incoming healthcare claim forms, digitizing forms, and inputting claim details with high accuracy. You will also perform indexing and review data to ensure correctness before submitting the document. This is a remote opportunity, and you will work from the comfort of your own home with high-speed internet access.

Responsibilities

As a 2nd Shift Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing all incoming healthcare claim forms sent by our client
  • Digitizing forms that are sent in
  • Inputting all details of the claim with high accuracy
  • Performing indexing to ensure accurate data capture
  • Reviewing and confirming all data captured is correct before submitting the document

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Experience with medical claims is a plus
  • Must have high-speed internet access

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

  • Knowledge of Medical Claims

Training and Onboarding

As a new member of our team, you will undergo a comprehensive training program to ensure your success in this role. You will work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST for one week, during which you will learn the ins and outs of our systems and processes. After training, you will work from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. CST.
