Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for processing incoming healthcare claim forms, capturing and validating complex data, and working within established procedures and practices. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

* Capture and validate complex data from incoming healthcare claim forms

• Classify images and documents, and pre-adjudicate documents as required
• Verify data from automated data extraction tools and complete assignments using multiple source documents
• Work within established procedures and practices, and under close supervision
• Meet keystrokes per hour or words per minute targets, with a high level of accuracy
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless processing and delivery of claims

Requirements

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• At least 18 years of age or older
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Must pass an internet speed test (download of at least 25, upload of minimum 5, and ping ms equal to or less than 175)
• High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer with MS Office and internet research capabilities
• Proficient in computers, including MS Office and internet research
• 10-key proficiency required
• Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing preferred
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, with a high accuracy rate
• Must be able to type at least 40+ WPM with high accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry or medical claims processing

• Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
