Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for Email, Chat, and Voice Support, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting customers via email, chat, and phone, providing technical assistance and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Guiding customers through questions about arenaflex's products, systems, and processes, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our solutions and services.
  • Troubleshooting issues related to the website, app, and in-car software, using your technical expertise to resolve complex problems and provide solutions.
  • Collaborating with external teams to resolve customer issues that require additional assistance, acting as a bridge between the customer and our internal teams.
  • Ensuring every customer interaction leaves them feeling valued, understood, and empowered to take control of their electric vehicle experience.
  • Providing clear and empathetic communication to customers, especially in conflict situations, using active listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to the assigned schedule and managing high-volume inbound calls with ease and efficiency.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Pass a criminal background check and maintain a clean record.
  • Work a full-time work week of 32-40 hours, with overtime opportunities as needed.
  • Maintain 100% strict adherence to the assigned schedule and manage high-volume inbound calls.
  • Have strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm.
  • Possess excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of expertise in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Demonstrate a courteous and friendly demeanor, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Be willing to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies, with a strong desire to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Have 1-3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

  • Previous work-from-home experience, with a proven track record of productivity and efficiency.
  • Prior experience with email and chat support, as well as customer support/relationship management software or similar systems.
  • Prior experience with automotive customer support/service/success, with a passion for electric vehicles and sustainability.
  • A genuine passion for automotive topics and electric vehicles, with a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations.
