Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist on our IT Service Desk team, you'll be responsible for providing first-level technical support to our customers, resolving IT-related issues, and ensuring seamless communication with our internal teams. You'll work closely with our IT teams, vendors, and customers to resolve issues, improve processes, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

* Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving IT-related issues and ensuring seamless communication with our internal teams.

  • Analyze and resolve IT system issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Collaborate with our IT teams, vendors, and customers to resolve issues, improve processes, and drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, assessing internal tools and processes, and suggesting upgrades.
  • Provide detailed documentation of system issues, investigation steps, and related relevant data in our tagging/global positioning framework.
  • Use a wide range of available tools and resources to resolve system issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for availability, productivity, quality, and service.
  • Attend continuous training to enhance ability to support new and existing equipment and software applications.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support, customer service, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment.

  • Familiarity with tagging/global positioning frameworks.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Google Applications, AS400, and other related tools.
  • Previous experience in IT-related school degree(s) or certification(s).
  • Experience working in a 24/7/365 environment.
