Job Summary

As a Portuguese Speaking Airline Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the support they need for a smooth travel experience. You'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to airline passengers in Portuguese, assisting with inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer service to airline passengers in Portuguese, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Assist customers with questions regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel-related concerns, providing clear and concise information.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction, using effective problem-solving skills and communication techniques.
  • Communicate important flight information, policies, and updates clearly to customers, ensuring that they're informed and up-to-date.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance, using airline booking systems and customer relationship management software.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery, sharing best practices and ideas for enhancing the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on airline offerings and industry trends to provide informed assistance, ensuring that customers receive the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements

* Fluency in Portuguese is essential; proficiency in English is also required.

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with strong organizational skills, using technology to stay connected and productive.
  • Familiarity with airline booking systems and customer relationship management software is a plus, but not required.
