Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.

• Register sales on assigned cash register, process transactions, and provide customers with accurate change and receipts.
• Recommend products and services to customers, including trade-up and companion items, to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters, shelves, and displays, and ensure compliance with company asset protection procedures.
• Assist with separation of food items, product placement, and stock rotation, using the first-in, first-out method.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
• Assume web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintain respectful relationships with coworkers, and complete special assignments as assigned.

Training & Personal Development:

* Attend training and complete PPLs (Product Proficiency Learning) requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.

• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications:

* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.

• Prior work experience with arenaflex preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Familiarity with retail systems and equipment.
