Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and providing a warm welcome to our store
  • Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Making purchase suggestions and offering personalized recommendations to customers
  • Working with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing fast and friendly service to customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve daily goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong academic record and a desire to pursue further education and training
  • Motivation to advance in your career, with a strong desire to learn and grow in your role
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a flexible and positive attitude

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to move quickly and efficiently around the store
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift, with the ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, with the ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with the ability to climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
