Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to join our Customer Excellence team, supporting full-cycle post-sales hiring across the US and APAC regions. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll be responsible for building and executing hiring strategies, partnering with hiring managers, and developing a network of potential candidates. If you're a seasoned recruiter with a passion for sales, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Recruiter at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our Customer Excellence organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on post-sales within Customer Excellence
  • Building and executing developed hiring strategies to attract top talent
  • Partnering with and advising hiring managers and hiring teams to ensure seamless hiring processes
  • Developing a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, and ongoing relationship management
  • Participating in special virtual events, including recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events
  • Leading or contributing to multiple internal arenaflex projects
  • Mentoring other members of the Talent Acquisition team on a formal or ad-hoc basis
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Sales Recruiter at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of complex roles within sales (post or pre)
  • Success in hiring a variety of single-threaded, newly created, and evergreen positions
  • Experience partnering with and advising managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
  • Experience prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships
  • Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience
  • Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse)
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies
  • Experience working with a variety of stakeholders, including hiring managers, interviewers, and team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
