Our client is seeking a high-performing and results-oriented Commercial Real Estate Broker to join their esteemed brokerage firm in Kansas City, Missouri, US . This role is instrumental in driving business growth by facilitating the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties for a diverse client base. You will leverage your expertise in market analysis, negotiation, and client relationship management to identify opportunities and close deals. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the local commercial real estate market, including property types such as office, retail, industrial, and multi-family. Your responsibilities will include prospecting for new clients, marketing properties, conducting property tours, performing financial analysis and valuation, structuring deals, and negotiating complex lease and purchase agreements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants will be paramount to your success. This position requires exceptional communication, sales, and negotiation skills, along with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset. A comprehensive understanding of real estate law, financing, and transaction processes is essential. Represent clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial properties. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Perform property valuations and financial feasibility studies. Develop and implement marketing strategies for properties. Showcase properties to prospective buyers, tenants, and investors. Negotiate lease and purchase agreements on behalf of clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, and industry professionals. Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and reports. Stay current with market conditions, zoning laws, and real estate regulations. Manage the transaction process from initiation to closing. Collaborate with legal and financial advisors during transactions. Qualifications: Active Real Estate Broker's License in Missouri (or ability to obtain). Proven track record of success in commercial real estate brokerage. Extensive knowledge of commercial property types and markets. Strong understanding of real estate finance and investment principles. Excellent negotiation, sales, and closing skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in real estate market analysis tools and software. Ability to work independently and manage a demanding schedule. Entrepreneurial spirit and a results-driven mindset. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Network within the local commercial real estate community.
