Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information regarding products and services, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have
  • Analyzing customer issues to identify solutions and escalating complex problems when necessary
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products

  • Participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Experience in sales is a plus, with a knack for identifying opportunities within client interactions

  • Experience with sales and marketing principles
