Role Overview – Your Impact as a Personal Lines Assistant

As a Personal Lines Assistant at arenaflex, you will serve as the frontline liaison between our clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams. Your daily responsibilities will center on delivering exceptional service, ensuring accurate policy administration, and supporting the growth of our customer base. Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, external customers, and insurance carriers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Correspond with advisors to coordinate new business submissions and renewal processes.
  • Generate, issue, and track certificates of insurance in a timely manner.
  • Perform meticulous quality‑control reviews on all incoming business, documenting findings within the account management system.
  • Review applications, endorsements, and policy documents to verify completeness and compliance.
  • Upload, maintain, and regularly update client files and records in the agency’s digital platform.
  • Prepare and distribute regular performance and activity reports for management review.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual account reviews and contribute to marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Support the broader team by sharing insights, suggesting process improvements, and participating in training sessions.

Essential Qualifications – What We Need From You

  • Strong computer proficiency; comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, and CRM/account management software.
