What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to customers, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Using various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicating effectively with customers
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
  • Embracing change and adapting to new processes and technologies to continuously improve our customer experience

What You'll Need

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Right to work in India
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • Minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
