Project Manager Supervisor (Legal Operations)

Remote · USA Full-time New today

About the position This is an opportunity to lead a team of certified project managers who orchestrate the movement of 5,000+ immigration cases through complex lifecycles, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and every client receives timely, excellent service. The Project Manager Supervisor leads a team of certified Project Managers who collectively manage approximately 5,000 active immigration cases. This role ensures every case moves systematically through its lifecycle, deadlines are met, quality standards are maintained, and our 24-hour operations model functions seamlessly across time zones. You will not personally manage cases or produce legal work. Instead, you will develop, coach, and supervise Project Managers who orchestrate workflows between attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and clients. You'll ensure your team follows systematic processes, maintains accountability, identifies bottlenecks proactively, and continuously improves operational efficiency. This role reports to the Director of Operations to align case management strategy with firm growth objectives. You'll build the infrastructure that enables our mission: helping 1 million immigrants live free through flawless execution. You must hold a professional project management certification (PMP, Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent) and have proven experience managing teams of project managers in high-volume, deadline-intensive environments.
