As a Data Entry Processor at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our claims administration process. You'll operate in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely entry of claims data into our database system. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in meeting our high standards of quality and productivity.

What Will You Be Doing?
As a Data Entry Processor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering claims into a database system accurately and in a timely manner (70%)
- Sorting, organizing, and filing paperwork after entering data (15%)
- Meeting or exceeding qualitative and quantitative production standards, providing support to the Mailroom in opening, printing, and sorting mail, and assisting other departments and special projects as needed (10%)
- Assisting with special projects for the department as needed (5%)
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of related work experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare office environment on a computerized claims system
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently within guidelines and adapt to new procedures and opportunities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
General Physical Demands
This role requires sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.
