Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in chat support or a similar environment
  • Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and approachable tone
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat interactions effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience with chat support tools or CRM software is advantageous
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while still being a collaborative team player
