Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling customer complaints and issues in a fair and empathetic manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to safety and security protocols, and reporting any incidents or concerns to management
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful as an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous experience in a retail or convenience store environment
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish preferred)
