Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Recommend items for sale to customers, based on their needs and preferences
• Model and share customer service best practices with team members, to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for cleanliness and safety
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training in a related field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending
