The Opportunity As part of the External Audit team you are expected to direct efforts in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States (U.S. GAAP), United States Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (US GAAS) and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) standards. As a Director you are responsible for setting the strategic direction, leading business development efforts, and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. You are tasked with focusing on profitability and long-term sustainable growth for the firm and clients. International hires are required to hold the equivalent certification/credential in the selected individual's home country and will be required to meet US credential requirements after joining the firm. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
