Associate Product Manager - Marketing Operations
StubHub is on a mission to redefine the live event experience on a global scale. They are seeking a driven, data-fluent Associate Product Manager to join the Consumer Experience team, responsible for executing and scaling features and campaigns that connect millions of fans to live events globally.
Responsibilities
- Own the execution, scaling, and continuous improvement of marketing workflows and operational processes, partnering closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Analyze campaign performance, experimentation results, and marketing data to surface insights and recommendations that inform product and marketing decisions
- Manage marketing data integrity, reporting frameworks, and key performance indicators that enable teams to measure impact and performance
- Identify and drive opportunities to build tools, automate workflows, and improve processes that increase scale, efficiency, and reliability
- Develop deep fluency in the underlying architecture, codebase, and technologies that power StubHub’s messaging and marketing platforms
Skills
- You are a new college graduate or have less than two years of experience in ad operations, marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related field
- You're an extraordinary teammate with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- You're a self-starter with a bias for action and a willingness to learn by doing
- You communicate clearly and confidently in both written and verbal settings, and can present insights to technical and non-technical audiences using data
- You're curious about systems, tools, and automation, and are excited to explore and adopt emerging technologies, including AI-powered solutions, to improve efficiency and solve meaningful problems
- You have experience using data analytics and reporting tools to analyze performance and inform decisions
