They are seeking a Print and Social Media Marketing Specialist who will coordinate marketing campaigns, maintain communication with clients, and ensure timely project delivery. The role combines marketing coordination, client support, and light sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys creative and relationship-driven work.

Responsibilities

  • Proofread and review newsletters, print, and digital marketing materials for accuracy and quality
  • Manage client social media posts and mailing lists
  • Send projects into production and track delivery timelines
  • Support new client onboarding and setup in Practice Promotions systems
  • Join client meetings and collaborate with senior specialists to ensure campaign success
  • Review and communicate campaign performance results confidently in English
  • Collect feedback from clients and relay updates to the writing and design teams
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships focused on growth and results
  • Participate in daily and weekly team meetings to stay aligned with goals and deadlines

  • Marketing: 1 year (Required)
  • Sales: 1 year (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience in marketing coordination, account support, or client success
  • Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing platforms
  • Understanding of print marketing and production processes is a plus
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
